Are your storage containers weathertight?
They were designed to survive aboard a ship at sea, so they're well equipped for rainy British weather! We check the integrity of the unit before every customer moves in, to ensure they're still up to scratch.
Will moisture and humidity be a problem inside the unit?
Goods should be completely dry when placed in storage. Moisture should not be a problem inside the container if so. We do recommend visiting the unit at least once a month to open the doors and ventilate inside though.
Is a storage container fireproof?
Whilst our units cannot be classified as entirely fireproof, they are better capable of withstanding heat and flame compared to a traditional indoor storage unit.
Can I reclaim the VAT on my business storage unit?
Yes, we provide a monthly VAT invoice for all storage unit subscriptions.
